Feelings of anxiety or stress are a natural part of our human instincts.

However, when they spiral out of control they can have a significant and damaging effect on your life.

Too much anxiety or stress can cause a host of harmful conditions such as panic attacks, insomnia, phobias, overly worrying or negative patterns of behaviour such as over-eating, drinking too much etc. It can also bring on symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), skin conditions, migraines and more.

Anxiety can build up over time often without us even realising it or sometimes it can come on suddenly as a result of something such as illness or a change of circumstances.

I have extensive experience and a particular interest in helping people who are suffering from anxiety and stress related conditions.
